FSE RANGE: the failsafe combination of modern electrics and power of hydraulics
BERNARD CONTROLS presents the
FSE range, its fully new range for failsafe electric actuation.
This
range offers a compact design, with minimized circuitry to avoid risk
of leakage, no need of air compressors, filtration and dryer. All the
components are integrated into a unique manifold, to simplify the
control system. The FSE can address all type of applications, thanks to its explosionproof
qualification and to its wide range of torque (from 25Nm to
600 000Nm for rotary, and up to 8 000kN for linear).
This range is presented under the BC Premium label, which is the guarantee of quality and security for installations’ actuation in the case of severe environment, demanding operational constraints and critical applications.
The activation of an emergency signal triggers the immediate opening, closing or freeze of the backup device, without the need of any external power source and using a full mechanical spring return. FSE actuators range with its fully new innovative design, combine user-friendliness, high quality, reliability and competitivity which offers the perfect solution to meet client’s need, for easy and safe management of the most demanding applications.
- Security at all levels: in case of power failure to the solenoid, the spring will drive the FSE and valve to the safety position. When the power supply is restored (no resetting of the spring is required), the actuator is immediately available for normal operation.
- Easy to install and maintain: the FSE is self-contained, its only requires electrical power and is lubricated for the product lifetime, requiring no periodic maintenance.
